Tenant Solicitation and Placement
This option is for owners who want to oversee the day-to-day management of their property but would like assistance locating and qualifying tenants. We market your property for you – we show the property, take the application, run our normal credit check and background investigation on prospective tenants. After a tenant has passed screening, we prepare the rental agreement with the terms you specify and collect the first month’s rent/security deposit and provide the key to the tenant. From that point, you take over managing the rental.
Worry-Free Full-Service Rental Management
illume Property Partners will provide all services outlined in the tenant solicitation and placement plan, plus we take it one step further by eliminating the worries and hassle of managing the day-to-day. There is a one-time charge (upon each turnover of new tenant) of 50% of the monthly rental rate and a 10% monthly management fee.
