  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: Properties will be advertised as available until a prospective resident is approved and signs an acknowledgement and release form. This release form will also require a deposit to be paid at the time of signature. We do recommend that you view homes that you are interested in prior to submitting an application.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: You must be 18 years or older to apply. All adults that will be living in the home are required to complete an application and provide supporting documentation.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: You can apply directly on our website, or you are welcome to stop by our office for a paper version.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Rent can be paid online via the TENANT PORTAL, mailed in or you can drop it off at our office location. Please note that illume Property Management does not accept cash.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Please contact our office for the most up to date pet requirements.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Please contact our office at (503)241-0676 or to inform us of your decision to move out. We will be happy to assist and let you know your next steps.
